Returns + Refunds

We want you to love your Alexus GE piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags must be intact
• Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been returned without prior approval
